Quite simply, brands are my passion, I truly believe they give a team something to believe in, guidance on how they should engage with the customer, delivers consistency and a sense of belonging.

I have created several brands and reinvigorated existing brands throughout my career. The mistake many people make is that it’s just about the logo/name/guidelines. Great brands have strong values that run throughout the organisation. Brands should have an immediate recognition and tone of voice, that resonates with the consumer and they want to be part of it.

Above all brands should be clear about who they are, what they want to deliver, consistent, recognisable and engaging on an emotional level.

I work with teams to understand the current reality and then work with them and their customers to develop a plan that delivers the vision.
